According to Jim Jim Penniston on the Bentwaters FB group it is Woodbridge.

Six pages werer given to Promethous for them to get an expert to see what they say.... I have around six to eight more... the reason i can not tell exactly is the notebook is secured at a safe location. and I have not access to it... but, soon will and will give an exact page count. Promethous also did not have all the translation nor did they show the right location on the grid... which looks to be the town hall in Woodbridge...
I think the message on Lindas Page which is far to important to overlook... look what it says, or even look at what it does not... this is an important piece of evidence, which says something so sensational that many miss the forest for the tree in front of them.

Starting @ this location. google maps - Woodbridge Town Hall. And traveling @ 66.6 degrees for 8100 meters puts you exactly on RAF Bentwaters runway.  Am I making something out of nothing? Possibly, but it is still very interesting. And would also put the coordinates and numbers to rest... Maybe psychologically you were asking what is this craft doing here when you touched it. And the craft responded, stating exactly what it was doing, where it started and its direction of travel. Maybe yourself and the crew intercepted it before it could reach its final location..  ?? Where did you and the guys intercept this craft? can you give me a rough idea linking google maps? If you right click anywhere on google maps and choose "whats here" it will give you some coordinates. |

looking at the code on LMH's site, the section that is recorded as being 333 or 666 could equally involve the number 7. however, that it's followed by 8100 suggests to me that 333 is the intended meaning, because 3^4 is 81. i can't get 81 out of 6 or 7 easily, but it's easy from 3. so that suggests that section reads "exploration of humanity 333", with perhaps the 8100 intended as a clarification for the problematic previous section. what that means is open to question, but i see numerologists suggesting that 333 means truth and is a sign of the trinity. Mind, body, and spirit.
the only thing I can make out of CEPR is that is the acronym for the Health Protection Agency, the parent agency for the Centre for Emergency Preparedness and Response in the United Kingdom.
looking greatly forward to the rest of this code being released.

sorry for a third post, but searching on the CEPR reveals that it's based at porton downpossible connection via the hypnosis session about sickness/genetic degradation in these future humans? porton has done all sorts of very unpleasant research |

Hi, This Binary Code is the topic of the internet at the min, there's loads of people trying to make sense of what this code means, some people are changing digits etc to try and make sense of what the code is trying to say. My gripe is that, what if the code that Jim has wrote has mistakes in it? I said in a earlier post that i think this should be passed onto a University. I honestly think that this needs to be looked at in a scientific manner, ie: passed to a University for Students and Proffessors to try and Decipher as a project. What has been Deciphered in the code so far does not make sense, ive been told Binary is pretty simple there's loads of software etc available to decipher it, But what have we got from this decipher so far ? Confussion thats what weve got, this needs to be looked at from a scientific manner and not just a few researchers on the UFO phenomena Thanks UFO Research Network (uforn) |
